Stringer Survey includes the following applications: Stringer Topo, Stringer DSpec, Stringer RSpec and Stringer Eplan. These are commercial, fully functional versions, and will operate for 30 days without activation. After that time you can decide whether or not yoo would like to purchase the software.
Stringer Survey products to run inside your CAD engine: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D and BricsCAD. If you don't already have a CAD platform, we can help! We offer sales and service for multiple CAD platforms that support the Stringer Survey suite of products - for more information see below.
The Stringer ASpec installer includes three applications: Stringer DSpec, Stringer RSpec and Stringer OSpect.
Stringer DSpec allows you to attribute objects in your drawing that represent 'as built' stormwater features and transfer that information to your local government authority, complying with ASpec specification standards.
Stringer RSpec allows you to attribute objects in your drawing that represent 'as built' road reserve features and transfer that information to your local government authority, complying with ASpec specification standards.
Stringer OSpec allows you to attribute objects in your drawing that represent 'as built' open space/reserve features and transfer that information to your local government authority, complying with ASpec specification standards.
This is a simple-to-use application and normally doesn't require any training. You simply pick an object, tell Stringer what the object represents (eg: a stormwater pit) and a form will display with the relevant inputs. Once they are filled out, the information is associated with the object and included in your export. The fields of information can be edited by you pending your particular council requirements.
Stringer ePlan is available for lodgement of LandXML files to the Victorian & NSW Titles Offices.
ePlan lodgement for other states is currently in the final stages of development and testing.
About Stringer ePlan
Stringer ePlan enables attribution of your CAD drawing objects for upload to the Eplan digital title plan lodgement format, for direct digital plan lodgement to all state land title authorities supporting EPlan (such as Land & Property Information NSW, Land Titles Office Victoria, and the Queensland government land titles office). Stringer ePlan will support small, medium and large subdivisions, enumerating directly with your CAD drawing data.
CSD Siteworks provides Stringer Topos users with enhanced surface analysis tools, 3D model visualisation, surface sharing for comparisons and output of alignments, long sections and cross sections. Lot Utilities is a FREE utility developed to help our customers enhance the Parcels tools in Civil 3D with improved drafting and output functionality
About Lot Utilities
Lot Utilites is a FREE application that enhances the Civil 3D parcel tools for submission to government authorities and for development plans. Lot Utilities includes:
Automated labelling styles applied based on line/arc lengths including COGO point setout at all parcel corners
Corner angle labelling of all parcels, and
Creation of lot area tables for developer plans, including solid colour hatching of parcels based on the area ranges. You set the area ranges and Lot Utilities generates a table of lots for each area, both totals and %.
Significantly reduce documentation time and quickly generate developer plans in an AutoCAD table.
Need Road, Drainage, Sewer or Land Development Functionality?
If you are looking for a road, drainage, sewer and land development application we recommend Civil Site Design.
Civil Site Design provides CAD users with comprehensive, highly efficient and simple-to-use civil design tools for road network design, highways, road reconstruction, site grading, surface creation, stormwater, sewer and pipeline design. Obtain surface volume reports, show long sections, design long sections, generate design outputs, and more.
In AutoCAD Civil 3D, Civil Site Design works directly with the Civil 3D surfaces and alignments, and can output Civil 3D Cogo Points, Surfaces, Alignments, Profiles and Corridors.
Yoo may already have a CAD application: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, another AutoCAD derivative product, or BricsCAD. Your AutoCAD product may not be the latest: Stringer Survey products are supported on multiple version Autodesk products.
If yoo do not have a platform CAD product please review below for some options. We can help you build a package incorporating both a CAD platform and your Stringer Survey application/s.
